Technician suggested not to put items but the cooling fan and to clean the bottom of refrigerator. No comment on odd noises coming from the unit. In and out in less than 15 mins. |
| Brittany Jensen | Well GE outsourced my warranty repair to this company and for whatever reason Pinnacle rejected our repair, BUT DIDN'T CALL TO LET US KNOW! I took off work and sat here for 4 hours to only find out that nobody was coming! Very, very frustrating. Also, I called to find out what was going on and no answer or call back from pinnacle. Unacceptable. |
| Rigo Zavala | If I could give 0 stars I would, terrible service and is not professional, I called him to come fix a defrost system in my refrigerator he didn't come in the day he said he would, then he came the next day only took a look at it and charged me 90 as a fee for just coming he said he would come the next day with the part needed but he didn't come at all and he said he would be in touch to let us know when he would come but he never called or texted again, he is not serious nor professional if you want someone who is honest and is serious I do not recommend this person |
