Appliance Repair by Apple Shack Repair Shop Roscoe in Roscoe, Illinois

I normally do not write reviews but I feel it is very necessary for people to be aware of the very very poor experience that I had at “apple shack.” The owner is very unprofessional and does not call you when he says he will. Makes rude comments on the phone and even had a dispute and got snarky/loud in person when confronted after nearly 3 weeks with very few updates as to what was going on. Again, very unprofessional. When I got my watch back the screen was not even on the watch all the way and came off because the adhesive was barely there. I thought I would take the chance to support a small local business, but never again will I step foot or take any belongings to this place. As a business owner, if you say you're going to call come one on a certain day, it would be in your best interest to do so and not be rude to them when they try to get an update on their belongings.

Gentleman was so kind, understanding and very professional. Stayed after closing time to be sure to get my mother's phone repaired for her. He did an outstanding job and very reasonably priced. I will be back and highly recommend to anyone! Lucky to have him right in our community so we don't have to drive to Chicago or Madison to an Apple Store.

The guys here are great! They are the best in the area no doubt. Fair prices, excellent service, and a great atmosphere. They never try to trick you or fix things that don't need fixing. Even if you gotta drive 45 mins out, go here.
