| Tom Veium | I was not happy with the response from the Sears Repairman. He came to my house, looked at the dryer and said it was old and he didn't have parts. All I wanted to know is why my dryer wasn't heating...not his opinion on the age of the appliance. The Sears serviceman "should" be able to diagnose the problem....Right? Isn,t that their job? It cost me 94 00 for 15 minutes of doing nothing. The Sears serviceman still owes me 45 minutes of time diagnosing the problem with my dryer......I'm waiting for the call. |

| Scott&Betty C | Very happy with the two technicians who worked on my Husqavarna riding lawnmower to get it ready for summer mowing. One was in training. Explain clearly what should be done to the mower. The best part I liked is jumping the old battery to start the mower and telling me to charge it for two hrs. to see if it takes a charge. They didn't try to sell me a battery they had with them. I charged the battery but it didn't take a charge so I ended up having to buy one. But I liked their honesty! The mower runs beautifully! Thank You!! |
