Appliance Repair by Al Grace Appliance in Rockford, Illinois

We purchased several appliances from Al Grace appliance - refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and oven. We were very happy with the all appliances with the exception of the refrigerator. The delivery guys dented in on the way in the front door. We pointed it out and had no problem - they ordered a new refrigerator and offered to swap it out. Upon delivery of the “new” refrigerator, I noticed a dent and scratch in the front of the new unit. Lou said he inspected it before it went out but he must be blind because I noticed the dent and scratch immediately. I called and reported it, as we were expecting a new refrigerator since that's what we bought. I received a call back from Lou Grace, who was incredibly rude. I didn't ask for or demand anything, and he kept shouting that he wasn't going to do anything about it. He also stated that they called over and over again and never heard back from us, when another manager told me that they had the wrong number on file for us. I guess that was our fault. Avoid at all costs.

Way more variety of products than I expected!! They have high-end appliances, budget appliances and groundbreaking technologies. Definitely a place you need to visit before you settle for anything else.

Great locally owned appliance store. Good selections and prices. They service what they sell. They delivered and installed new refrigerator after snowing. They had to go around the house through the snow to bring in through the back door. They took the time to do it right and I am happy to reccomend.
