My first impression was unlike the other technicians, he offered to take his shoes off.I respect the fact that he was respecting my cultureBased on my experirnce, most technicians I dealt with would give me a long excuses on why they couldn't do the work today. So they reschedule. Thoes technicians would somehow turn that excuse being my fault. Usually takes about a week to fix a problem. Now let me tell you about This guy is unlike other lazy technicians who just talks, makes excuses to come back later. This guy is none of that. This guy comes in, he looks at the fridge, he opens them up and fixes it. He talks zero bs, or gives zero excuses, he just gets after his duty. It was beautiful to see the man work. I only talked to him once and it was when the work was done. He told me what was broke and how he fixed it. He is the epitome of what a good technician should aspire to be. Dont waste your time calling someone close to you, call this guy to get the job done PROPERLY. |
