Same repairman arrived at 4:08pm. No 'sorry for the delay' said. I don't trust this company. I feel I wasted my time & money! |
| Terry Travels The Universe | They make you wait all day for a delivery of an ac unit then when you call they tell you oops sorry won't be in for another 1 to 2 days! Really? A phone call from them would have been nice. Some people do have obligations and things they had to reschedule to meet them. How unprofessional. Prior to this no big issues. Maybe tech was a few minutes late no big deal. But today was totally ridiculous! |
