| Ange Heming | Repairmen have been great, however the extended warranty part has been a nightmare. Jumping thru hoops trying to get a dishwasher replaced as they cant get it fixed in the past 5 services! between the hours of 8-4 |

I understand stuff happens but you could at least notify and let us know you cant make it or it will be the next day |

I am tired of not being able to use my appliance--and of how LONG it takes to reach customer service and how LONG it takes to get an appointment. The last one kept getting changed. I have a maintenance contract on this appliance and have always been so happy with Sears service. Not this time. I am hoping for better things when the next repairman arrives. |
