| Elayne | Needed a Kenmore dryer drum belt called service parts and repairs and it was going to be a week plus it was a whole lot more money than what I found on Amazon and had it the next day! really SEARS? in this day and age? |
| darrin pulley | Called for repair, I was told that it would take 12 days to get the parts. Paid 100 and was told that repairman would return when the parts came in, Received apart at my house through ups. No one said to me that the parts were coming to my home. I started getting emails from sears that I wasn't replying to their emails. I contacted them and explained that yes, I had received a part, but it was my understanding that we also needed a condenser. I was told they would call me right back, two days later I called again and was told the computer was down, and they could not help me, This went on for 5 days. Contacted LG and was told that no parts had been ordered from them. Over 2 weeks and still nowhere.... don't use sears!! |
