| Tina Osborn | I have been with Aaron's for many many years . Everything I get ,I get from Aarons . I've had a few problems these past couple of year's and they were very helpful. And in the last 3+ months since the transferred managers the Pekin store has messed up my account so bad that I ended up paying late fees that I shouldn't of had to pay . I have asked repeatedly to get transferred to the Knoxville store since I live like 4 blocks from there . I'm told it's up to the regional manager . My question is why is it up to him I'm the customer that pays the account not the regional manager . I only stayed with Pekin for as long as I have is because not once did my account get messed up . But now it's messed up all the time . So if anyone can answer this question for me it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you have a great day . |
