| Brandon Roberts | I'm beyond NOT happy with my customer service. I usually deal with Kenny? Friendly guy always was there. He wasn't there the past few times I've been in maybe he quit? I had an appointment at 11am @ Paris, IL Neal Tire. This guy told me the car would be done. He said it takes an hour to change. I told him I would be back. Usually I get a phone call letting me know that the car is done. I waited and waited for them to call. My mother drove me there....THEY WERE CLOSED!!! I had no bill of sale in the car the sticker for the oil says the car needs changed again. AGAIN!?!? I found my aunts keys in the ignition and clueless if they even done anything!? I need this done SERIOUSLY! My aunt CAN NOT WALK!! We drive to Indy back and forth in that car to make it to her doctor appointments. Let me tell you right now!!! If something happens to that car...WE ALL will make sure Neal Tire will be replacing her engine/car! Very VERY UPSET! |
