Bill came to inspect my washing machine that was working but making loud noises. By the time he left, there were several inches of water in the machine, the spin cycle was broken, and there is the smell of smoke in the house. Instead of helping me figure out how to get rid of the water he just told me I needed to replace the machine. Absolutely terrible service. I guess I will have to go bail the water now...

Who ever put good reviews must have been friends with Bill.I want to tell you exactly what has been happening.its been a week and this is getting ridiculous.he came to fix oven.it just needed a new ignition.he broke the handle of the door to oven.i didn't know it was broken until hours later when my wife tried using it.this is probably why he left in a hurry.next day he comes and says he needs screws and will be back with them.he then schedules 3 days later.i missed his call Monday morning he left voice mail saying he will come early evening. a minute later after missing it i called back immediately.i left a voice mail hoping to get it done that day.I called his cell around 2 which then he reschedules me next day even thought he said early evening .when he came today to fix the door he got the wrong screws and has to order the right ones.he now tells me he doesnt know when it will be fixed.horrible business. Save your time and money
