I called to see if they service microwaves and barely got the question out and the "gentleman" who answered said they didn't do anything with microwaves. I asked if he could refer me to someone and the reply was "check the yellow pages..." He then cut me off and hung up the phone. I guess I'm lucky they don't service microwaves |

Joe Douin | The technician arrived promptly after my call about my refrigerator and installed a replacement fan in my freezer. However, he left before insuring that my problem was solved. It wasn't!! After three more calls, one to the shop and two to the technician, I was given instructions what I!!! should do to get the refrigerator working properly. I paid 190 to them and I!!! ended up completing the job. Not very professional!! |
