| Jackie Calvo | Bought a new fridge, the men that brought it and installed it didn't install it properly and we are not sure how they squeezed it in. We are now unable to move it. It doesn't make ice and hardly any water. We called several times about this and get transferred all over the place. Set up an appointment and left work early. Finally got someone to come check it out and he said it had nothing to do with the fridge. Still no ice, still hardly any water. Called to repair a second time, transferred all over the place on the phone AGAIN. I was told someone was coming to repair today between 2:45-4:45, so I left work early AGAIN. At 5pm I received a call stating they would get here between 6-7pm. It is now past 7pm and nobody has arrived to repair nor have we received a phone call. |
