First, when making the appointment, the person I spoke to was not very knowledgeable and it took a long time to complete scheduling the appointment. Secondly, day day of the appointment, the repair man called first and told me again about the price of the appointment and asked if I still wanted him to come and then seemed annoyed when I said yes. When he arrived her diagnosed the problem he told me what the issue was. I explained that we ordered the part, but it was not there yet. He said he could not use that part, even after I told him that it was from Sears, and we were told to order it when making the appointment It was a very frustrating experience. |
