Highly recommended for appliance repair. Our technician was highly knowledgeable, efficient and respectful. He arrived at the scheduled time and was done before we knew it. And all for a fair price!

Not sure why they get such high ratings because they seem incompetent. We called them a month ago maybe more when we realized our dishwasher was not draining properly. They came out a few days later and charged us for the “repair,” which basically was to clean it out. We realized a couple of weeks later that they had not fixed the problem. We called them back out again and the technician seemed a little stumped, but he thought we needed a new part that he said would arrive more than a week ago. We questioned their expertise and they blamed it on our higher end dishwasher. Funny, because we never had problems getting it repaired by others services before and this is our second from this brand. When we didn't hear from them, we called and were told it would be another few days. We are still waiting to hear from them. Meanwhile, not having a working dishwasher for a family of 5 for about a month has been extremely burdensome, to say the least.

Alex did a great job. He was quick and efficient and was professional. Overall I had a positive experience with the service
