I saw this in their high prices, their understaffed store, their extremely poor attitudes and even worse customer service. Now they have a competitor in Mount Vernon and seem to be trying to improve. I'm sorry, but for me it's too late. There is nothing they could do to change my attitude now, after seemingly not caring about it for years. |

Even after asking an associate to get him help NO ONE came to help him. The associates walked right by him never said hello, can I help you or anything. He was there for 1 hour trying to get helped. This is ridiculous no one should be treated like this. |
