Ernie's never returned any of my calls. I did get a response Gary Pond in 2hrs and resolved my problem over the phone. I think I need a new pump. But it works and I can setup a permanent solution.

I couldn't be more pleased with the Job Earnie's did with my refrigerator. I just purchased my home in July and from the start there were fridge/freezer issues. I went through my home warranty and the company they sent was worthless. They took forever to come out the first time and it took almost 2 weeks for the part to come in. The original issue was fixed but a new issue arose. I went through warranty again, they sent the same company and they didn't fix anything. I decided to finally reach out to someone on my own instead of through warranty. That's how I found Earnie's. I called Tim on Monday afternoon, he came out Monday night and in 2 hours he not only fixed my freezer but he cleaned out the bottom and showed me how to do regular maintenance. I feel beyond blessed to have found Earnie's. I will recommend him to anyone and I'm beyond pleased with the service and price! Thanks so much Tim!

Did a good job explaining what was wrong with my fridge and how I could clean the coils, so it would run the right way. Was fair on the piece, his cost was about what other companies charged just to wait in the door. Will call him back out for any future problems and he does more than appliance repair. Thanks Tim
