| Teresa Cichantk | My electric oven, less than 18 months old, sets off the smoke detectors when I broil and occasionally when I bake. My oven is not dirty. he man sent, while nice, did not appear to have much experience with electric stoves and had never heard of anyone broiling hamburgers or chops which surprised me. He did, in fairness to him, call a coworker for assistance but between them, they had no real solutions for me. So I am left with taking down my smoke detectors every time I need to use my oven. I feel my problem was not addressed in a way that works. |

During that time i made a dozen calls to sears all asking me the same info each time. Each one said they couldn't find the order.Half of the operators asked if the repair was on my 2 tractors. Then after asking all my information over and over again they put down the wrong phone number so the technician couldn't reach me. Great work Sears! |
