I got 4 other estimates from various companies in my area and theirs was very competitive and beat the majority when you take into consideration the Costco card. The tipping point in helping me decide on them were their online reviews. Scheduled the install for a Thursday at 8am. I was told by Matt that the install can take anywhere between 4 and 6 hours barring any unforeseen issues. Randy was very prompt, rang my doorbell right at 8am and got to work. Install went smoothly and very professionally. They laid tarps down to not track any dirt or mud into my home. Install was completed by 11am and Randy gave me a good run down of what he did and some pointers on how to keep the system running optimally. He also threw in some recommendations based on some questions I asked. Matt arrived about an hour after Randy and went over all the paperwork for me, took my payment and stuck around for a while to help. Very happy with the entire process and I'll be coming to them for system maintenance and future projects. |
