We love the product but when our basement flooded our washer stopped working. We called the repair man who came out promptly and told us the washer was shot and there was no fixing it. We were charged 80 for him to come tell us this. My husband is in the military and was overseas leaving us without a washer until he could return home to double check the diagnosis. When he returned, he ordered a 40 part on Amazon that was here in one day and fixed the washer completely. Very disappointed.
