| Bud Marlewski | They quoted 80 to come out to look at our refrigerator. He was here 9 minutes and in that 9 minutes he took a phone call and plugged the unit in. He never pulled out any tools and then told us that it was probably the compressor and that is 1000 dollars to replace. He charged us an extra 20 for labor. What did the 80 cover then? If you would like proof of the time frame, I have it on my ring door bell. Most service call fees cover the first hour! What a ripoff! We will never use them again and I will warn everyone I talk to! |
