| Michael Garvey | Charged 174.00 just to show up. They never advised this charge when booking appointment. Tech could not provide an itemized copy of charges when he finished. Was probably frightened to show me the charges. Had to ask twice for email copy of teceiot. Charged another 200.00 on top of that for labor. Fixed solenoid valve and changed light bulbs on Subzero Model 590 and attempted to fix icemaker. Icemaker put out 8 cubes and stopped working after tech left. I ordered OEM replacement icemaker for 64 from Amazon and installed in 20 minutes myself. Icemaker works better than ever. Disappointed that Sterling did not fix icemaker despite the exorbitant "expert" charges. Way overpriced service. I u understand that you pay good mo ey for expertise but this is a joke. |
