Very depressed I called Goodberlet and was very impressed by the friendliness of the ladies on the phone. What started as some electric work for the new dishwasher and over the range microwave turned into a full gut with new flooring, paint, electric, plumbing , the works. They are truly a one stop shop. Andy had promised ducts would be cleaned as part of purchase price but had to be rescheduled. Duct cleaners came on time and did a great job! Very satisfied! |
| picklegod111 pg | Tyler Goodrich, with Goodberlet, came to my house to service my 18 yr old furnace and a/c unit, which had been given me problems off and on for awhile. He did an amazing job of not only fixing the old units, but also keeping me involved and informed of what he was looking for and doing to correct the problems. Tyler let me know that the old units wouldn't last much longer, but he'd continue to fix them. Tyler was extremely professional and honest, I felt. I actually contacted him a month later to get info on new units and he did an amazing job of getting the ball rolling with the proper people and channels even though it wasn't his job to do. Thank you to Tyler and the Goodberlet team, my new system is fantastic. |
