| Rachel Heyde | Hired by my warranty company to come look at my washer that wasn't cleaning my clothes and was shaking far too much. He did a very short assessment pushed on the middle of the machine and that's about it and somehow determined the struts needed to be replaced. He never looked underneath or behind the machine at all. When the parts came in, his hours were super inflexible and would have required me to take the day off work in order to come do the repair. Due to his inflexibility, the warranty company sent out a different company, who ran a full diagnostic test on the machine and determined the washer was not agitating. The warranty company subsequently replaced my washer for me free of charge. Overall, he's a nice enough guy, but did not do a thorough assessment of the machine and his "repair" would have been pointless and would have required me to take the day off work for nothing. |
