| Mike Schremser | Bad experience. Kept saying they'd be out the next day, but it took over a week of empty promises to "fix" my refrigerator. Fixing to them involves replacing only 1 of the 2 parts needed even though LG provided them with both parts, only 1 was replaced and they kept the other one to themselves for some reason, then leaving and after already taking my money commenting that there might also be a leak and wouldn't be surprised if it stopped working soon. 3 days later, a warm refrigerator again and more delays/excuses about coming out to fix it again. A different company came out to do an estimate while I was waiting on A-High Tech to get back to me and saw the problem right away, along with showing me that the leak was caused by the replacement of the part. New company fixed it right away, refrigerator working again. STAY AWAY FROM A-HIGH TECH REFRIGERATION. |
