| Tijuana Hassell | Very disappointed with the service I received from the technician. The technician was scheduled to come on a Friday between 12 and 2:00 pm. At 3:15 I call and text him to find out where he was. At 3:30 he finally calls back to say he cannot make it. I missed a day of work and missed a doctor appointment because of his lack of communication. I call back to see what else I could do to have my oven repaired. I take off from work agin Tuesday, the tech comes, he repairs one part of the oven. He then tells me that he will need another part to complete the job, and he'd have to come back another day. I cannot miss another day of work, I paid almost 300 only to still not have my oven repaired. If he would've came Friday as originally planned, this could've been avoided. Today is Tuesday, Thanksgiving is Thursday, I purchased food to prepare for my family, and now I'm out of an oven, I'm out of money and patience. The tech ruined my holiday!
