This is a positive review for the technician and this company. With them there's value for money. There's a lot of respect to me as a customer. There was sincerity, honesty and efficiency. I sure will recommend!!!

Not a reliable business at all. Complete lack of communication! My fridge needed some repairs 8/14/19 so I called at 10am They gave me an appointment for the same day and said someone would be at my home at 1-5pm, also that someone would call 30 min prior. My husband called at 5:30pm and asked what time they would be available mind you he had to take the day off of work because we really needed the fridge fixed. At this time I was getting irritated after they hung up on him not once but 3x. He called back and got transferred to different numbers finally someone answered and said they wouldn't be able to come till Friday. I said absolutely not we had an agreement already and like I said my husband even took off work to wait on them. I asked why they let me know so late, why the lack of communication? Because at this time all repair places that would come out to my area were closed! All they said was sorry so do you want the appointment on Friday? I said no! On top of all this Harvey Appliance Repair took money out of my bank account as soon as we set the appointment early that day, why would they take it out right away? Other places take the money out after the job is done. I wouldn't be upset if they had some sort of communication with customers. By the way I did get my money back.

They arrived on time for the dryer. They were professional, polite and knowledgeable with Bosch! Charge was reasonable considering that a part was replaced.
