We purchased a washer we already had a dryer and upon delivery we were told it wasnt going to work based on the space/location available. The guys were so nice, offered us great advice and hauled away our old unit even though we weren't taking the new one. Went in the same evening of the return and picked a unit similar to our broken one and only had to pay the difference, since we went back quickly. Bravo Young's for putting your customer first and getting us to the best unit for our space. |
