I can understand that their business specializes in a certain type of vacuum. That's fine. I started to ask general questions about vacuum cleaners, in general, not about mine specifically, to see if they had any pointers or knowledge to share, and I was again met with a horrible attitude and tone. The interaction ruined my day and was very unsettling. A little kindness goes a long way. They could have used my broken vacuum as an opportunity to sell me one of their vacuums. That's how sales and customer service works. Instead, they did their best to run me out of the store. Wow. |
