Thankfully we pulled into Leibolds who accepted us as a walk in just a few hours before they were set to close. They diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and came in on a Saturday when they are normally closed to do the repair. If that wasn't enough, they even gave us a ride twice since we we're left without transportation. Glen and Dennis were completed gentleman and sacrificed a few hours of their weekend to make sure ours wasn't ruined. We were also charged a very fair price and the vehicle drove perfectly after the repair. I cannot say enough about the hospitality and kindness of Glen, Dennis and Leibolds Auto Center of Galena! We were treated like family. My faith in humanity is officially restored! |
