| Brad Shafer | Called to ask for someone to come out and help troubleshoot a boiler issue in my apartment building. Instead, they sold me a "cleaning" for 125. Which was really just 10 mins of a tech waving a vacuum cleaner brush over the front inside of the unit. He never did any troubleshooting of my reported issue. Instead he insisted that I need an entire replacement of everything even though the heat has been working fine except for 1 of 11 units. On top of that, he tried to convince me that I needed a thermocouple replaced because it was dirty but still working. The replacement cost with labor was 150 on top of the 125. I did it myself for 12 in parts and 10 min of easy labor. I would recommend not calling them for help based on my experience with them. |
