| Sara Villanueva | I had the WORST experience! He came in and charged me over 100 dollars and didn't fix anything! I asked him if he can wait so I can start up the washing machine and he told me that takes too long. After he left I started my machine and it didn't work. I unplugged the machine and reset it and it did work for 2 loads. I started it up again and it stopped working. It also started leaking water which it didn't do before his visit. He told me he can come back but he would have to charge me AGAIN for parts!!!! Why? He didn't fix it in the first place! He tried to get as much money out of me as possible then tells me I should just buy a new machine. Horrible service! I don't recommend him to ANYONE!!!!!! |
