I was at GameStop asking questions and the guy said the issue we were having was definitely not a harddrive problem and he told us how to put the ps4 into standby mode and reset it. We went and were finally able to get our ps4 back from this company. We just restarted the ps4 and it worked!! No harddrive needed. While our game system was there PlayStation contacted us on 2 different occasions stating that whoever had our ps4 had changed usernames and passwords to our account that has our credit card information on it. Not to mention that every time we went into this place of business there were dogs inside barking at us the entire time we were there. And our Ps4 was covered with so much dog hair that we had to clean it when we got it back home. I am very disappointed on the service that we received. I will never recommend to anyone!! Thank you to Gamestop and YouTube for helping me through my issue. |
