| Tim Yee | Only positive was they came quick. Within a day. Called to have them check washer because of noise. They looked said nothing is wrong after looking at washer. They literally only spent 5 to 10 minutes looking at it. Charged me 69 bucks for doing nothing. 4 days later washer broke and flooded the basement. I do not recommend. Also they had the gall to put stickers on my other appliances without asking. They have 4 stars in Downers Grove but they are also the Lombard location and they have 1 star. Both numbers for to same person. Wish I knew that before calling. |
| Alex | Unprofessional and rude. The owner Mike sends out his technicians that don't want to be there. They complained about fixing my washer and how it's difficult to work on a Samsung washer. Get a different job?Tech told me I would need to replace the control board assembly but they won't replace it if I buy the parts myself. Mike, the owner, on the other hand says it's fine and provides a reasonable price but does not show up for a scheduled service appt and dodges my calls. Not sure how they're still in business the way they treat their customers! Stay away from these guys! |
