I would've been a highly satisfied consumer with our paid in full video security system for our families safety until cameras stopped working and Ken would not honor warranty. We have NOT received our COURT ordered refund but have received free personal defamation for our saintly forgiveness and patience waiting for refund even though we have returned all their merchandise. Years of service has caused other unhappy consumers not to pay for merchandise causing Ken to use collection agency, yet he fails to pay his own court ordered refund. After 30 years in business you'd think he would have cash reserve to pay his COURT ordered refund. |
