Very friendly and helpful staff. Knocked off one star because the location of certain items isn't the most intuitive but the helpful staff makes up for the challenge of trying to find things.

You have to keep a eye out when shopping sales there for other items either marked down for clearance or also on sale that isn't advertised online or in the sale papers. You can get super discounts on different items if you take your time and watch the shelves in the aisles and the end of them. Especially clearance items in the clothing section.

This location is always a pain to get into, as there's always traffic going on, so it takes a while, and that can be unpleasant if you're just looking for a single item, or if you show up to lousy service. Usually this store does the job well done, but there's things like the location and others that can make it way better, so I'd suggest a visit at the far superior Carpentersville location, where things go more smoothly. Plus the staff is much more helpful and kind to all.
