My first impression of Staats started with the person that answered the phone. She was excellent; very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and precise. The technician Ron arrived at the scheduled time and was able to diagnose the reason why my old, electric mobile home furnace was not working. He gave me a quote and was able to complete the job during the same call as he had the parts on his truck This was an after hours call for Ron and even though he had already worked all day he was very thorough and made sure the job was done correctly before he left. I appreciated his genuine care and concern to get the job done right.

My furnace started acting up Saturday morning, I called and the tech was out within an hour and got it fixed for what the major problem was and even took care of another issue that would have caused me problems at a later time. Ron was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions while he was working and even dealt with my 10 month old Scottie puppy admirably. I felt the price was more than fair for an after hours call. Would definitely use them again.
