After the problem with the dryer wasnt fixed after he came to "fix" it, and then new problems arose because of this visit, he kept postponing coming back with a couple different excuses. Still didnt order parts, van breaking down etc, which i was understanding. He said he would call as soon as the parts came in. My last reach out to him 4 weeks later was that i was really looking to finish fixing the dryer, with no response from mr. walsh. This was all in a 2-3 month process to try to fix ONE dryer. Ive ran a business before and this is no way to run it. |
