Alyssa Highbaugh | Very last minute with making appointments. As in, calls 15 minutes before he can come and wouldnt set something in stone with me. After the problem with the dryer wasnt fixed after he came to "fix" it, and then new problems arose because of this visit, he kept postponing coming back with a couple different excuses. Still didnt order parts, van breaking down etc, which i was understanding. He said he would call as soon as the parts came in. My last reach out to him 4 weeks later was that i was really looking to finish fixing the dryer, with no response from mr. walsh. This was all in a 2-3 month process to try to fix ONE dryer. Ive ran a business before and this is no way to run it. |
