The technician was horrible, he was late every time he came. My refrigerator didn't work the second time he came back so he had to come back again and boi did he complaint, even do my guy was kinda upset about the fridge being out for 1 1/2 week so he was complaining to the technician. But then the technician started telling us we don't appreciate him, he have to do all this running around and he's not perfect and so on, and all I want was my fridge fixed. He is unprofessional and act like he do not like his job.

Its been two months without my refrigerator. Sears has sent four repairman, all said its repaired its not. I have a master protection program. It was a waste of money. Sears will not get another dime from me in their plans nor will I purchase another large appliance from them or anything else. I am disappointed, disgusted and would not recommend them for anything. After 43 years and thousands of dollars, it comes to this.

I am not a happy customer. I had a Sears service man come out 3 weeks ago on May 10th to service our dishwasher that was leaking. He said he would have to order a gasket and he would not be to fix this until May 21st. On Monday the 21st I received a phone voicemail telling me my appointment was cancelled. After I called back to speak to a supervisor they said the part was on back order and they would contact the parts department to find out how long it would be. Tuesday 22nd I get another phone call saying Sears still didn't know anything on when the part would be in. No one calls back and I call today and now they are telling me it won't be in until July 26th! I work for a law firm with 300 people and cannot have this dishwasher down any longer and this whole incident is unacceptable. To top it off I can get the part on-line for 16.24 straight from GE so I don't understand why they cannot and charging 31.99 for it. To top it off you can't I speak with anyone in the United States, I have to speak with someone in another country named Princess who doesn't understand half of what I'm saying!

SCAM artist! Do NOT get “service” here as you will only lose money and not get your problem fixed. A long story short our fridge wasn't cooling anymore. We had the first “tech” come out..twisted a wire and charged 419 dollars only for the fridge to not get fixed! So we had to call again for another tech.. This tech was Robert..watch out for this guy... He just showed up opened our fridge door and says “ I think your fridge door was left open that's why it's not cooling” Doesn't fix a thing, leaves and is now charging 301 dollars for that! 720 dollars for absolutely nothing, it's no shocker Sears is going right down the bankruptcy pipe, when you pull insane stunts on your customer like this..In the end we called a different company and they fixed our fridge in under 5min no problem at all. Don't go here!

My Kenmore furnace 2014 had a minor problem, first one since purchase. Sears repair man came out, fixed it and gave me instruction on how to diagnose some issues if something goes wrong in the future.

Checked out my washer and honestly told me it was not worth repairing. He recommends getting a new washer. I appreciated that.

I paid for my 74 service at my appointment and sears repair keeps sending me a bill. I called and they said they see the payment. If this goes to collections I will file a report with BBB. This is a scam to double charge customers. I want my account cleared. No one answers the phone when I call. Horrible service I will never use this again

Called sears because I assumed it was a trusted name. Control board was showing F10. Paid 450 to replace in April of this year, today the same issue is occurring and they aren't taking any responsibility for the problem. I still have to pay diagnostic fee even though it may have been a bad diagnostic and or a faulty part that was replaced. On top of that I asked to speak to a manager and they said they would have one call me ... never got a call back.
