Ray Turner | Service tech was knowledgeable and got the washer fixed. Not too impressed with how they bill. Was told over the phone about the 79 service call making it sound as of they charged that per hour. No, they charged 125 for the hour and 79 just to show up to the door. Wish I knew that before hand. Kathleen Fox | IChamber Services of Bloomington. I used their webpage text option and asked to speak to the owner, Rob Chambers. If this was my family business I would like to know what was going on. They texted me back right away, but once I said I wanted to talk to the owner, they did not reply back. I don't know if Michelle gave them the message or not. I have 4 new appliances from Best Buy. They sent Chamber Services over 4 times, the 5th time Chamber cancelled. Apparently, 3:30 in the afternoon or after is too late. I am expected to take day off work. I was scheduled 3 times for the afternoon block and said 3:30 was the earliest I could be there. Michelle said ok, we will put you down as the last call. EVERY TIME, they call me a few hours before and need to come earlier. I have Michelle calling me at work, also texting me, the technician left messages on 2 different occassions on my phone that he knew I couldn't be there until 3:30, but he was on his way-2 hours earlier he would only wait 20 minutes. I can't just walk off my job!! All of these times they had agreed to my appointment time of 3:30 at the earliest. The last text Michelle sent said I needed to reschedule at an earlier time. The block of time I chose was 12-5. Their office is open 7-7. They don't treat the customers right because the customer is not the one paying them. Make sure you know who will be servicing your products. I guarantee you; you do not want to deal with Chamber. It is inconvenient already to have new appliances on the blink. I am writing Best Buy's corporate office, and I understand Lowes deals with Chamber, Maybe Menards too? |
