Karen Treadway | Great customer service! We were traveling through from Ohio to Missouri and got a flat tire. We saw good ratings so stopped in to see if they could help. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. They did not have the size tire we needed so they suggested they could go get one a few towns over for us or they could put our spare on and give us suggestions where to go next. We had a baby and toddler so decided to stay. There's a waiting room with tv, vending machines, kids table and comfy chairs. We were there for only an hour and 20 minutes with very affordable prices. We are so thankful that they made our experience smooth and quick! Highly satisfied! Thank you so much! |
Mike Alexander | Great fast service |
Summer Voight | The Monday after Thanksgiving I was driving home to Little Rock from Indiana. I pulled off to look at the World's Largest Wind Chime and Rocking Chair, because hey, why not?? My little Subaru started overheating badly. I didn't have any of the fluids I normally carry, I don't know why they hadn't made this trip. I was directed to BEI, and they were WONDERFUL. It was a fully booked day, i could tell from the schedule. They pulled my car in immediately I think someone's lunch hour and checked everything, including a computer diagnostic as the check engine light had come on too. They let me bring my large-ish dog into the waiting room so we didn't have to stay out in the cold. The car ended up only needing some coolant, all the diagnostics came back fine. I was out of there within an hour, and it was a minimal charge, too. If I every pass through Casey again, I'll stop with baked goods. This crew was amazing for an out of town traveler trying to get home. |
