| Jahna Nickels | BEWARE!!! Please don't use this provider!!! Initially, he came out right away to assess the problem with our range. Since he was not able to fix the problem at that time, he needed to order the part for our range. I then followed up with him two weeks later about the status on the part. He admitted that he forgot to order the part and he would schedule an appointment when he received the part. Over a month had gone by and he didn't return any of my phone calls. I then called my home warranty company about this issue. He informed the home warranty company that the part was on back order. If this was true, why didn't he return any of my phone calls to keep me informed? Since he didn't return any of my phone calls, he never planned on coming back and he never ordered the part. I waited on this provider to fix my range for almost two months. As a result, I was then assigned another provider who fixed the issue right away. BEWARE!!! Please don't use this provider!!!!!! This provider can't be trusted!!!!! |
