This is very fair and understandable. My issue is that Jim would not give me an "estimate" or even a range of cost over the phone. He says he has a whole lot of years of experience and has seen it all so I would think he can gauge the possible fixes. my hdmi ports stopped working on my LG, i understand this is a common issues How many possible fixes are there? I found many answers on the internet from changing the chip to changing the board. So I wanted best and worst case estimates. This is so important because tv's are so cheap these days and why spend 55.00 for an estimate for a repair that can cost hundreds. |
