When the tech showed up to fix my fridge, he couldn't take credit card in person, so we agreed to do it over the phone once he left. I paid after he left over the phone and requested a receipt. It has now been 3 weeks, I've spoken w/ 4 different people in billing requesting a receipt, I keep getting the run around like "Oh we'll send it over once the technician turns in his paperwork". I guess just request an invoice at time of service. |
