I called for a front end alignment on a 2016 ram. I was told on the phone 85. standard for the area. However if there was any extra it could be more. they called me later and stated that besides the toe, he would have to adjust the castor and camber and reset the esc. a sensor that takes 3-5 minutes and a button to press. Total 130 and was not itemized on the receipt for the extra work. The other two should be standard during an alignment. After calling around and confirming with my father who is a mechanic for the state with 30 yrs exp. This is definitely overboard for an alignment. It was done correctly I can say. When I dropped my truck I took it to get cleaned so they had a clean car to work with. see pictures of how it was returned. I was upset and the owner was very kind and gave me a car wash for free. However when I came back in to complain, the mechanic rolled his eyes and said that he had only turned around at the grain elevator. You can be the judge of what happened. BTW it hasn't snowed or rained since Halloween, this was November 4th. Very unprofessional and definitely not somewhere I would go back to. Advice would be to get a different mechanic that doesn't scam. I will say that the lady who is the owner is always polite and definitely offered her apologies and tried to rectify his carelessness.

Was stranded one and a half miles from Athens. I was frustrated because of being stranded. However she was rude. On second call she sent a tech out to pick up tire that I already had off took it back and tire was ruined. Put a junk tire on rim and i put back on myself and charged me 60. I drove seven and a half miles back to Petersburg. They stayed open an extra half hour just for me, sold me new tire, took it off, mounted and balanced and put back on and only charged me 83. That was real service. She took full advantage of the situation.
