| MsNancyH | When the microwave portion of my built-in oven gave out, I called a couple of different appliance repair places but was told that they could not fix it or were unable to get the parts. One company would not schedule to come out because they said it would take two repair people just to pull the unit out from the wall . One local repairman did get the microwave running but it soon gave out again so apparently what he had repaired was not the correct fix. I finally found D&B repair and gave them a call. Greg came out and knew immediately what the problem was. He ordered the new motherboard for the microwave and installed it within a couple of days. It has been running super ever since. The last time the same problem happened to a similar built-in we ended up buying a whole new oven-microwave combination. I wish we would have found Greg and D & B Appliance Repair much sooner. |
