| Lou Graham | Came two years ago and didn't fix it. Came out last spring and didn't fix it. Charged me 200 each . Then called them back in fall to really fix it, and even though I took a day off work to meet them they didn't show up. The Receptionist was nice, but the workers refused to set a time they could be there so I wouldn't have to take a full day off. Not very helpful and apparently can't fix my furnace anyway. They obviously don't need any more business because they treat customers like they don't really care. If this is how you want to be treated, then call them for help. |
