I called about 9am and they came out that same morning to replace the sequencer at no charge, turns out they received a bad batch from the manufacturer. They also replaced the filters, adjusted the fan speed for peak performance, and wired my smart thermostat so that I wouldn't have to use batteries. Did all this without being asked. Great outfit to work with and I highly recommend. |

They did a good job overall hence the 3-stars but it's quite surprising when you get a bill for double the price you were quoted without any additional changes in the scope of work. Get everything in writing folks. |
