Appliance Repair by A-1 Quality Appliance in Nampa, Idaho

A-1 Quality Appliance Service & Repair exceeded our expectations; I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future, and I will highly recommend them to others. They were awesome! Their tech, Roland, is a gem and they are lucky to have him. He is a hard worker, puts in long hours, and is pleasant and cheerful as well as being highly competent. Their customer service team kept us informed and were also extremely courteous and pleasant.

DO NOT USE THEM! Absolute worst customer service! Had a technician come out through my home owner's warranty, and he told me that they needed to reinstall the dishwasher drain line. He could not reinstall the drain line and said he would have one of their installers come out to fix it. Never received a call the day before they were supposed to come out. I called the day they were supposed to come, and was told Stacy would call me back. Waited two days, Stacy never called. Called back and was told she was on the other line and would call me back ASAP. After another third call and saying she would call me back, I still haven't hear from her or anyone from A1. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME.

They are NOT a quality place at all! Worst customer service ever and my dishwasher is still not fixed after almost 2 months. I've called dozens of times to get updates on my repair and they say they'll call back and never do. They are a bunch of idiots and the worst repair place. DON'T USE THEM.

This place is the worst! Don't ever use them!!! Our dishwasher control panel went out so they had to order the new part, came and installed it but the LED lights didn't work so they ordered a new part again came back and still it doesn't work. The guy just closed out our ticket without even resolving our issue so when I called back to follow-up, I was told it's been solved. Worst customer service ever! Something that should have been taken care of the first time has taken almost 2 months to fix.

Our compressor went out on our LG fridge. Quality sent out A friendly and very knowledgeable guy that had us back up and running in less than an hour! Thank you so much Jordan Lloyd! We will definitely ask for you in the event we have any problems with anything else in the future!!!
