Adroit Crux | DO NOT USE THEM! Absolute worst customer service! Had a technician come out through my home owner's warranty, and he told me that they needed to reinstall the dishwasher drain line. He could not reinstall the drain line and said he would have one of their installers come out to fix it. Never received a call the day before they were supposed to come out. I called the day they were supposed to come, and was told Stacy would call me back. Waited two days, Stacy never called. Called back and was told she was on the other line and would call me back ASAP. After another third call and saying she would call me back, I still haven't hear from her or anyone from A1. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME. |
Shar Adamson | They are NOT a quality place at all! Worst customer service ever and my dishwasher is still not fixed after almost 2 months. I've called dozens of times to get updates on my repair and they say they'll call back and never do. They are a bunch of idiots and the worst repair place. DON'T USE THEM. |

Shar Adamson | This place is the worst! Don't ever use them!!! Our dishwasher control panel went out so they had to order the new part, came and installed it but the LED lights didn't work so they ordered a new part again came back and still it doesn't work. The guy just closed out our ticket without even resolving our issue so when I called back to follow-up, I was told it's been solved. Worst customer service ever! Something that should have been taken care of the first time has taken almost 2 months to fix. |
